Barncourt has direct access onto the Worsley Trail which forms part of the Isle of Wight's network of 500 miles of footpaths. Adrian and Jackie are happy to provide a map and advice on where to walk depending on how far and how strenuous a walk you would like to enable you to get maximum enjoyment form our lovely Island.  We are also on the well marked Round the Island Cycle Route and the Sunshine circular trail suitable for both walking and cycling is only a quarter of a mile away. We can provide storage for your cycles.

There are many tourist attractions within walking distance including Appuldurcombe House and Falconery Centre.  They have seasonal events including ghost walks and medieval displays.  The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary adjoins Barncourt and the famous village of Godshill with its church and thatched cottages is only about a mile away.

There are numerous pubs within a short drive and recommendations and reservations can be made for you.
